Stomach flu? Runny nose? Chest cold? Coughing?
The common cold is associated with significant morbidity and economic consequences. On average, children have six to eight colds per year and adults have two to four.
In a study by Lissiman E et al. Garlic for the common cold, The Cochrane Collaboration, 2012, researchers sited a trial which randomly assigned 146 participants to either a garlic supplement or a placebo for 12 weeks. The trial reported 24 occurrances of the common cold in the garlic intervention group compared with 65 in the placebo group, resulting in fewer days of illness in the garlic group compared with the placebo group—111 verses 366.
We have found, over two decades of offering the highest potency of organic freeze-dried garlic to health practitioners, that garlic is very effective not only in preventing colds and flues but in treating and shortening their duration as well.
Adding our powerful No. 7 Systemic Booster to the regime makes tremendous sense— see Clinical Notes.
Our garlic is just pure unadulterated raw organic freeze-dried garlic, with each clove assaying at well over 20,000 ppm alliin content. Alliin is the precursor molecule to allicin, the antimicrobial agent. Allicin is formed when it is mixed with liquid and is very effective when you are treating a sore throat or stomach upset. Simply open up the capsule and pour the garlic powder into a glass of water, and add a tsp of No. 7. Mix and let sit for 30 seconds as it allows the allicin to form in the water. For a sore throat mix with water: gargle and drink the solution to treats both the oral and esophageal membranes and the stomach as well. Each clove contains the equivalent of 4 to 5 cloves of garlic.
The No. 7 is basic probioic protection at its best for the gut; plus, it contains additional strong benefits for the immune system from its added fruit extracts and nutraceutical components—click here to see No. 7’s attributes. Take one teaspoon daily.
For the rest of the winter, the next 2 1/2 months, why not take 1 capsule daily of the organic garlic and 1 teaspoon of the No. 7, and experience the results.

One of you astutely informed me, “That beautiful creature is the rare vampire ape, the only native ape to be found in Transylvania….”
In actuality this is a male baboon. Unlike dogs and cats, baboons are not natural carnivores. These long canine teeth are instead adaptations for male-male competition. I don’t think that necessarily makes me more comfortable, as instead of viewing me as food they might see me as a male competitor. No competition from me! Not only can these be mighty weapons but baboon are incredibly strong.
